Hot-Sweet-Tangy Dipping Sauce

Hung, the winner of Top Chef, featured in Food and Wine Magazine.

  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
  • 2 Thai chiles, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  1. In a bowl, stir the lime juice with the fish sauce, chiles and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
