- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- Mix Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and salt in a bowl. Pour oil in a slow and steady stream, while beating the mixture rapidly with a wire whisk.
