Balsamic-Dijon Vinaigrette


  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste

  1. Mix Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar and salt in a bowl. Pour oil in a slow and steady stream, while beating the mixture rapidly with a wire whisk.
