Is there anything better than fresh corn? My mom taught me this technique.
Ingredients:
Ears of corn, in husks
Instructions:
- Remove silks from corn. Do not remove husks. Replace husks around corn.
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes per ear, depending on size. You can microwave 4 husks for 8-12 minutes, for example.

- Corn will be VERY HOT when finished microwaving. Let sit so you don't burn yourself.

Oh man, I am craving corn on the cob sooooo bad now. Look at that beauty of summer delight.
Ever tried topping your corn with butter, fresh lime juice, and chili powder? Oh, I highly recommend it.
It can't truly work, I think this way.
