Lots of ground beef from Batalden Farms in my freezer!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 16 oz. frozen corn
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 14-0z. can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In large chef's pan or pot, brown ground beef and drain.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
