Cindy, my mother-in-law!
Ingredients:
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole-kernel corn
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 10-20 saltine crackers
- butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain whole kernel corn.
- Crush soda crackers.
- Mix together drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, milk, eggs, and crushed soda crackers.
- Pour into 1.5-quart casserole dish and top with pads of butter.
- Bake for approximately 2 hours, until top is nicely browned.
