Grilled Soy-Glazed Halibut

Inspiration:
Real Simple

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 4 6-ounce pieces white fish fillet (such as cod or halibut)

Instructions:
  1. Heat grill to high.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, and ginger; set aside.
  3. Grill fish skin side up for 5 minutes. Flip and grill an additional 7 minutes, brushing twice with the sauce.

Notes:
Loved the ginger-soy combination with the fish.

This sounds exactly like something I would love. Ginger soy does it for me every time.

this sounds really good! so you don't marinate it at all, but just brush the sauce on?

Hi Yellowfish,

Yep, that's right, you just brush it on while you grill!

It doesn't look like fish at first. This looks great and yummy. Thanks for the healthy food recipes!
