- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 4 6-ounce pieces white fish fillet (such as cod or halibut)
- Heat grill to high.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, and ginger; set aside.
- Grill fish skin side up for 5 minutes. Flip and grill an additional 7 minutes, brushing twice with the sauce.
Loved the ginger-soy combination with the fish.
