Inspiration:Whitney from What's Left on The Table chose this recipe and will be posting it. I was excited to make it, as Tim loves toffee. It was pretty easy to prepare, especially since I have a stand mixer. I have no complaints-- easy and tasty! I did use an 8*11 pan instead of a 9*13, and I was glad I did.

I think I will try these again, leaving out the coffee (or halving it) and using a smaller pan. Mine came out super crunchy and thin.
My guy hasn't tasted them yet.
I have hidden them so that I won't eat them all.
